Role of School Teachers in Supporting Introvert Kids

Every classroom has extroverts and introverts. Approximately one-third of students are introverts. There may be an unconscious bias in the classroom against kids who are more reserved because they don’t participate as much and may seem less engaged.  The Western world tends to cater to extroverts but some of the greatest contributions to society have been made by introverts.
